We ate in the restaurant this evening. The cashier who took our order was kind and polite and helped us pick the best items for our family. Really great customer service! We had a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. It was really good! The toppings went to the edges, the crust was pretty crispy. A good amount of toppings as well. Pizza was great! The guy who took my order over the phone was great! The girl at the counter when we came in to get the pizza, horrible! Unfriendly, snapped at me, let my pizza sit on the counter when done, I had to go ask for it. She will hurt your business unless she gets better!

This Donatos has the best food and best service of all of the ones I've been to. Crystal is really nice everytime I come in or call. It's always a pleasure. You just don't get Customer service like that anymore. It is much appreciated.
