We order lunch from the Plainfield location at least once a week. Never once, have we been disappointed with our order. While I can’t speak to the quality of food and service that the dinner crew provides, the employees that operate during the lunch hours, are TOP NOTCH and the quality of pizzas that they creating are great! The pizzas always look like you would see in the images when you’re placing an order. I cannot say the same for most all other Donato’s Pizza locations...

Just finished lunch and honestly, I'm disappointed. The calzato, meatballs and the dessert were the only things I enjoyed. My disappointment is their pizza. I ordered a sausage mushroom hand tossed pizza l, took a bite and could feel a gross, gummy texture. That's because the dough was still Raw! RAW! I work in a pizza business, so I know how pizza should be cooked. If you're gonna own or work in a pizza shop, rule #1, always make sure your food is COOKED!...
