First time I ordered from HotBox, never again the pizza. tasted like cardboard maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce on pizza, think about ordering from other pizza places in Plainfield before you order from HotBox I don't see how they stay in business, it truly is the most nasty mess pizza I've ever tasted..... The delivery man was very nice and deserved a raised. Thumbs down definitely

Stopped in for their lunch box special today. Salad was pretty good and fresh. Pizza took a minute to make but atleast it was fresh. It was okay pizza but nothing spectacular. Staff was super friendly.

I love this eating here! My boyfriend and I love the macaroni and cheese pizza, and the bread sticks! Everyone is so nice and the environment is comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!

Service is not great. The last time we ate here, the cashier who is a younger girl, was very unfriendly. She threw the pizza box on our table. Those are things I look past, maybe she was having a bad day. Today it was a younger boy, maybe new, I don’t know. He was not listening and we had to repeat our order because what he repeated back wasn’t right. As well as you pay for the food expecting breadsticks to come out first. They came out after the pizza. I understand if they weren’t ready yet, they could’ve said something. While sitting at our table waiting for the food, the young girl from before was making pizza with her bare hands. That’s just absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the fact that the whole time we were here, a customers trash from before we got there was sitting on the table the whole time, and the employees were sitting at a table eating. Like i said, these are things I could look past, but i feel like it needs to be addressed. I’ve worked in a restaurant too, I get it.

Their pizza is so delicious! I love it that they deliver to a 5.5 mile radius and they don't force you to use door dash. The gentleman who took our order was very nice and professional. I highly recommend that you try them.

This is my first time ordering here. I ordered a lunchbox and they gave my order to another customer. I had to pay for a new order and wait 15 minutes in the lobby for a new order to be prepared. The other customer waiting with me was waiting because their order was wrong and they had to prepare a new order.
