Service is not great. The last time we ate here, the cashier who is a younger girl, was very unfriendly. She threw the pizza box on our table. Those are things I look past, maybe she was having a bad day. Today it was a younger boy, maybe new, I don’t know. He was not listening and we had to repeat our order because what he repeated back wasn’t right. As well as you pay for the food expecting breadsticks to come out first. They came out after the pizza. I understand if they weren’t ready yet, they could’ve said something. While sitting at our table waiting for the food, the young girl from before was making pizza with her bare hands. That’s just absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the fact that the whole time we were here, a customers trash from before we got there was sitting on the table the whole time, and the employees were sitting at a table eating. Like i said, these are things I could look past, but i feel like it needs to be addressed. I’ve worked in a restaurant too, I get it.

Their pizza is so delicious! I love it that they deliver to a 5.5 mile radius and they don't force you to use door dash. The gentleman who took our order was very nice and professional. I highly recommend that you try them.

This is my first time ordering here. I ordered a lunchbox and they gave my order to another customer. I had to pay for a new order and wait 15 minutes in the lobby for a new order to be prepared. The other customer waiting with me was waiting because their order was wrong and they had to prepare a new order.

You've got a delivery driver in a dodge ram pick up truck flying through 30mph zones, running up other cars bumpers, and aggressively revving his engine at red lights. Not a good look for your business that's plastered all over his truck.

The Hot Box Pizza at Perry Crossing(Plainfield Outdoor Mall) is absolutely amazing…hot fresh pizza and their amazing bread sticks to the awesome crew and the atmosphere…highly recommended!!!

Owner is passionate about his business. Had a billing issue that manager was unable to provide solution and owner stepping in to make it right. Still concerned with parking to get pickup orders quickly.
Had a blast eating here. The food was not only some of the best pizza I've ever had, but the staff and service were out of this world. We ordered two of their specialty pizzas which were the ballsagna and the party fowl. Both were incredibly good pizzas. We came in to pick up our order and decided to get their special edition cups and the employee only charged us for 1 of the 2 of them. When we got back to the hotel, we noticed they also threw in an entire extra order of bread sticks on the house. The restaurant itself was cozy and felt like a small hometown pizza joint, not some large pizza chain. It's such a great place and I couldn't recommend them enough.
