Been a loyal customer for a long time, but just tired of the bad service. stopped for a pumpkin spice and sandwich. ordered thru the app (a scam I have figured out), don't get the pumpkin spice and wait 15 minutes to not get my money back. Don't use the app. I have been burned by not getting items a lot lately. Will just go to the local coffee shops. They are more, but much better service. You lost a everyday customer McDonalds.
Doesn't matter how you order it, we more than not get cold bacon for breakfast. Like cold enough the grease is white.
