We came in on Memorial Day Saturday afternoon (aka the day before the Indy 500, an internationally recognized event that happens in this area and draws tens of thousands here each year) and was told there was only one server so to expect some waits. We are very simple so that was fine for us.

just left, waited about 10 minutes to be waited on 4pm on a Saturday one server in site walked right by us and didn't say anything...maybe 5 other guests in the whole building. not going to sit around and wait all day.
The waitresses are very nice and friendly. The food was very good and the service was fast. The beer was very good.
