Took my pizza to the wrong Lauren. Then no apology, nothing. Just that they guess they’ll send a new one.
Thought we would give Papa John's a chance and ordered a pizza. I can honestly say that I have eaten better frozen pizza than what we got here. Spent 40 bucks and it was gross !
Never again !
Today I order a pizza online. The ETA was 40 minutes....two hours later and I still haven’t received my pizza. I tried to call and was put on hold and no one ever picked up. I called the customer service number and they were unable to reach the store as well. Customer service told me they could not cancel my order or refund my money because the local store had to do it. How are they going to refund my money or cancel my order if they don’t answer the phone? Never. Again.
