waited well over 10 minutes just now for service or acknowledgement. no waiter came so we got up and left. they were not busy and one waiter was hanging out in the kitchen.
Absolutely amazing restaurant! The food was perfect and the waiter we had was just such a great person. We truly felt we were in a 5 star high end restaurant in NYC but with good portions and very reasonable prices. We plan on going back many times to this restaurant and also getting the word out about how great this place is.
Theo’s has a limited menu at the moment, but the quality and taste of their “made from scratch” food is truly amazing!
Everyone who works there puts their heart into everything they do. They really care about the customer and you can tell they enjoy working there. Interfacing with them adds even more charm to your visit.
Doug, the GM, spent a lot of time talking to us, which was special. What a classy guy!
