Service was good and it is a really nice space. Drinks were also good, however the food is pretty bland. Chicken Parmesan had decent flavor, however the spaghetti was terrible, the breadsticks were drenched in oil and tasted reheated. I was actually surprised they were part of Cunningham group because overall to me they seemed pretty subpar especially regarding food.

Morgan, the server, was awesome. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was good but the portion could've been bigger. Compared to Olive Garden, Breadsticks come 2nd. I'll probably return one day but for the pizza. I wish the children weren't allowed in the setting because we were joined by a family of of 5 whom couldn't control their children behaviors: running around, crying and whining. It became annoying, lol but I stayed for my dessert. I ate the pasta bolognese, breadsticks, and the maple roasted pecan gelato. The Gelato is delicious! I also drank an long Island iced tea that was tasty.

I've been coming here for the last two years, it has always been excellent. I'm hoping this is a one time thing but our experience for Valentines Day was awful. I'm perfectly okay with waiting longer for food, but when my dish comes lukewarm and my wife's dish comes charred, it's a huge disappointment. They did replace my wife's dish which I give them credit for. Our server though was very inattentive. Even when the restaurant almost cleared out, we only seen her a handful of times (two of those for the check) and never asked to refill our drinks. I use to love this place but I'm not willing to pay the higher prices to get a poor experience.
We had a lovely Valentine's Day dinner here! We ordered the bruschetta (10/10) and brussel sprouts caesar (12/10) to share and they were perfect! I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs (8/10) and my husband got the lobster pasta dish (9/10) and everything was delicious! The service was amazing despite it being very busy. We never had to ask for refills or sat long without something we needed.
This was our first time dining at Theo's. We were very excited to try a new Italian restaurant in the area. We brought our 2 year old with us since we saw there was a kids menu, we assumed it was kid friendly. The hostess seemed hesitant to give us a high chair, and once we got to our booth she asked me if I was sure if I wanted a high chair still. The service was extremely slow and we were not greeted until 10 minutes after sitting down. Drinks came out fairly quick. After we ordered, it took about 30 minutes to receive our appetizer, which was just bread sticks. They were mediocre at best. Our entrees took an hour and 20 minutes to come out. The pasta and sauce was not good at all. Chicken seemed like it came pre cooked and was microwaved. Definitely not worth the price we paid. The waitress did not once apologize for the delay, and barely checked on us. Our reservation was for 5:30, and we did not leave until 7:20. Our experience was very disappointing because we love Cunningham restaurants. We do not plan on returning to Theos.
Our first visit. Very nice dinning rooms. Love the design. Our server Destiny was GREAT! The food was just ok. A little pricey for pasta.
Our server, sorry can't remember her name, but I do remember she is a rollerball skater. 😃. She was very attentive and fun.
Really great new Italian restaurant. Small menu. Great food and service.

Great evening! Table was ready for our party of 12. Service was very good. Birthday dessert had amazing presentation.
We always enjoy dining here. The atmosphere, ambience, staff, food, drinks are never disappointing. Looking forward to our next visit.

The staff was super cool and friendly. The food was only so-so. But that's not the chef's fault either- it has to do with the quality of food and what the owners choose to invest in. An over all good experience.

I love it here. Great food, great service and comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I wish I had pictures but I was so hungry when we arrived that I forgot to take any.

This was our first time at Theo's and it was somewhat disappointing. The three of us ordered Spaghetti and Meatball (OK), Cheese Ravioli (undercooked), and Chicken Alfredo (excellent). The small Brussels Sprouts Caesar was a different taste (new to me) but a generous portion. The small House Salads were very tasty and generous portions. Service was spotty. Our server was friendly however there seemed to be long periods of time between visits to our table. Desserts of Cheesecake and Tiramisu were boxed and taken home for later. All in all, an average, slightly pricey experience.
We love Theo's - been there many times - never disappointed - and this being New Year's Eve, we were surprised at just how totally outstanding the service and our meal were! Kudos to the entire staff!
This was our first visit to Theo's. The food was amazingly tasty and our server was phenomenal. We will definitely be back.
