We had reservations and were seated right on time. The atmosphere was lively. Our server was kind and knew the menu well, but service was so slow. It was NYE but they weren’t terribly packed. We had to keep asking for things we had ordered that weren’t brought to us (drinks, extra cheese, tortillas, etc). The food was not good at all. The steak was flavorless and overcooked. Thlacos is now our favorite new restaurant on the Westside of Indianapolis. The food, drinks, service and ambiance are all 10/10! We celebrated my sister’s 40th birthday in their private dining room and we had an amazing time!!!
