Waited 7 minutes to be seated, 20 minutes to get our drinks and 30 minutes for our food. Then they messed our order up for waffle fries and brought pretzels with cheese. Came back and asked if we wanted the waffle fries but we didn't have an other 30 minutes to wait for them so just ate the pretzels. In my opinion we should have got the pretzels for free but that wasn't the case! Wake up Applebees.. you need more customers service or you will be losing customers!!
Our food wasn't cooked properly, but the server did make it right. We just had to wait and ask for their attention. The last few times I have visited have been very inconsistent, but I also know they are short staffed like everywhere else, so I give them grace.
