“I'm late in writing this, should have on Apri 29,2023 @ 10PM. I was in the driveup at Arby's in Plymouth, IN where I live. Wanted to give a 'shout out' to employee Codie who was working the drive up. He was excellent, super friendly and the kind of person I'd want working for me if I owed a place. My turkey bacon ranch meal with the Best crinkle cut fries was delicious. My son ordered the sweet heat chicken meal but Codie told me when I ordered it they were out of the sweet & spicy sauce an he wanted know if I still wanted it, I said yes. So my son said it was just OK. My point is Codie told me ahead of time to let me make the decision if I wanted it. (I know Codie didnt make our food but im just letting people know about the food.)Codie had also made a mistake at the register but knew right away he had and Quickly got it figured out. There were a couple other issues but he resolved them in a timely manner. Arbys I hope you know you have a good employee working for you, dont let him slip away! He seems like he will go far with his work attitude and ethics. Good Luck Codie, you sure made an impression on me. ?“
