“This is by far the best Arby's in Kokomo. Food was hot,delicious and a great value.The lady at the counter (maybe Abbie) was very courteous. You could tell she appreciated me choosing her restaurant.Its good to see you guys hire more than just teenagers. This lady was a breath of fresh air from what you normally deal with at fast food restaurants. She needs a raise. 5 stars“

“I tried there new sandwiche and it was fantastic. They also ask if you want to donate a dollar for the area veterans, since I am a Disabled veteran and very active with two of the Veterans organizations in the area. I greatly appreciated them doing this for the Veterans. Highly recommend this place.“
“Arby's is a national chain and so any Arby's you go to in the United States the food should taste the same and it does here but this is review is about the staff. Whoever is responsible for hiring the staff here does a wonderful job the employees are very nice and helpful excellent customer service“
