“We had driven about 5 hours to a Dr appointment in another state, and we had just enough time to grab a quick sandwich here close to our destination. Staff got right on the order and got everything done quickly and hot. Place was neat and friendly.“
“Food is good but can be expensive. They do offer special menus from time to time and you can expect to spend between $8-13. Workers are friendly, food is usually fresh and lobby/dining areas are clean. Bathrooms like most public places is as hygienic as the person who used it before you so I dont hold it against businesses. Their drive thru line situation needs improvement depending on which way you enter- either from Bluffton or Lower Huntington. It can be a bit of quagmire to position at times. Overall one of the better Fort Wayne Arby's. Will recommend.“

“I actually decided to eat-in. What an excellent choice! I was able to use my coupon on my order. The food came out fast and hot! The General Manager is who took my order when I went up for a second time to get something for my mother. Again, it came out fast and hot! I have an Arby's really close to my home but think I'll go out of my way to hit up this E. State Blvd. location.“
“Had the best experience here I got my food fresh and I love the customer service!! BIG SHOUTOUT TO THE Assistant GM JOSH!! he was very polite to me! But the guy in the drive thru was high and was taking a long time but overall great service but word of advice don't come to work high“
“Im writing this review as I'm still sitting inside eating my food slowly as it was so hot and fresh it needed to cool down for a moment the staff working right now is so amazing and kind and were patient as we figured out what we wanted to order and the food came out fast and as I said hot an fresh, plus the whole place is nice and clean and just a great environment. Amber, Joe, and Jennifer thank you for this wonderful service that you provided us it means a lot especially since we don't eat out to much, and thank you Arby's for hiring these amazing people!“
“They have a weird policy for the drive thru. When you pay at the window, they have you pull forward and wait at the back door for your food every time even when nobody else is in line. This is the only drive thru in history that makes you do this weird thing.“
“These people are awesome. For everyone complaining, if you wanna work, they need people. They are short staffed due to covid. Sometimes only having 1 staff member available. If you can run the whole place alone I wanna see you try. Some of them are working 100 hours a week, dealing with people like you. Trust me, you're not great.Good job guys on trying as hard as you are. Some people are just too selfish or d*** to realize what's going on in the world.“
“Wonderful workers! I ordered pickup and asked if I could use the drive thru because I had my two sons who have autism in my vehicle. They had me pull up next to the door and brought our food out to me. As a worn out mom, I genuinely appreciated their kindness!“
“I had to try the new Philly cheese steak. Overall the sandwich was pretty good. The meat and cheese tasted great. Bread could have been better. I think its a little overpriced for what it is, but would be a good addition to get the curly fries. I'd eat it again.“
“I used to have the Marion, Indiana north location make me a root beer shake. A vanilla shake with root beer in it. Those French dip with swiss are just heaven! Curly fries and a cup of cheddar? SLAP!!!! I just need yall to bring back the bacon cheddar deluxe. Bacon on anything. Not sure why it wasn't a top seller.“
“The only reason that I gave service only 4 stars is because y'all were a little busy and didn't seem like you had enough help. I definitely believe that something you need to work on. I believe I had to stand too long to put my order in just my observation“
