My coworker and I have been visiting this Taco Bell everyday for about 2 weeks now. He's from the country of India and I'm from Southern California. I'd like to pay a huge compliment and sincere thank you to Mackenzie. She's fantastic! She knows what we're going to order and side requests before we request them. And best of all, she does it with such a sincere smile. I appreciate her because she goes out of her way to provide us a great customer experience.
I know this location has a lot of mixed reviews, but honestly the times I’ve gone here I’ve had a good experience. My orders have been made correctly, they followed my customizations, and the employees were quick even during late night hours. This is usually my go-to spot for a midnight munchie run and they’ve been consistent for me so far. Definitely better than some people make it seem!
