Ordered bowl of vegetable soup received a cup of tomato
Ordered a bowl of broccoli and cheddar received two cups of creamy vegetable
Looks like my husbands sandwich was opened. ( know it was not the door dash driver the bag was still sealed)
Requested bread got chips.
They made a mistake on a delivery order messing up 2 of the 3 peoples eating meals. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes to their customer care team I got disconnected so I messaged them on Facebook. They said sorry and to make up for it we will give you some rewards on your panera account. So messing up 2/3 of a families meals is just worth a couple rewards on your account. No thanks. I will miss the bread bowl and soup but not enough for the complete lack of actual customer...read full review
