This is why Starbucks is struggling. Drive thrus take precedence, even if you have to wait 15 minutes for your order, and even if your hot sandwich arrives 10 minutes before your drink because the barista shunts your drink order to the side in favor of the drive thru. Not the staff's fault. Management needs to revisit thinking about what this overrated, overpriced chain used to promise

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Store is always very clean and well stocked.

I stopped in this evening about 20 minutes before closing, the 2 employees were very friendly, the lady was very helpful in helping me select a drink for my husband who isn't a usual coffee drinker. He loved her suggestion.

It was ok. It was extremely busy and we understood why. They were slammed by 2-3 bus loads of teenagers coming from Canada to Ohio for a class trip. We missed that action but 30 minutes or so. They were playing catching up with mobile orders when we got there. One barista messed up a customer's order in front of us and had to remake it, and turned around and did it to mine. It was cool, but wasn't. We waited long enough.
