Chicken Wings in Rensselaer

“Went in for dine in and my total was 77.96 paid 60 cash then paid 17.96 on my card today I get email stated that they changed my total so called and there were 3 charges made and also to mention they left there self a tip without my knowledge!!! Pizza was disgusting also wings weren't cooked and pop tasted like soap myself and my family were throwing up and had diarrhea!! When i called store about the change in my total he said "doordash did it" we dined in so door dash couldnt have charged me then he continued with lie and accuses after lie and accuses! Then hung up on me!!“

“I normally do not leave a review for a fast food chain, but this location really made my day.

To start off, I ordered it online. Got a great deal. But when I walked in, I noticed that the location has been upgraded and was very clean.

Never been here before since I am on a work trip and just passing through. Still not what I was expecting compared to other locations I’ve been to.

I did hear one of the ladies say that it was her only day off and she’s still got called in. However, still gave amazing service and was truly kind.

There was another gentleman there who truly wanted above and beyond. I wish I grabbed his name, but he had curly hair and had the headset on that is for drive-through.

The food was definitely better than other locations I have been to. Just wanna think the workers there because they made this drive more bearable. Definitely would say give them a raise!“
