“I was truly blown away by the service I received in the drive through line today. I knew that I wanted an iced tea but I could decide which. Sky was incredibly friendly and made a suggestion (which is now permanently going into my drink rotation). She was so sweet and friendly when I got to the window. She is the epitome of excellent customer service and an excellent example for Starbucks as a company. Thank you for making my day brighter, Sky! 😊“
“We went there for B&G and were not disappointed. Best biscuits and gravy around! They have three versions: regular sausage, spicy sausage, and chipped beef. My husband had the regular and I had the spicy and both were fantastic. Hash browns were perfect and the whites of the over easy eggs were cooked with the yolk still runny. This is our new breakfast date place ?“

“While I was sitting in the drive-through this morning waiting for my food, the barista, Darla, took it upon herself to start a conversation with me instead of shutting the window like she easily could have done. She told me it was only her third week and that they have many new baristas right now, but I told her she’ll get the hang of it. I was really impressed with her being so new that she decided to strike up a conversation with me instead of sitting there and “awkward silence “.“
