I watched a waitress get a beer from the bar that had been sitting on the bar for a while and it had lost the foam at the top from sitting for so long. Instead of having the bar tender pour a fresh one she just stuck a spoon in it and stirred it up to make it foam again and served it to the customer. The waitresses let the food sit so long that it is cold before you get it. Maybe the service is better during the day when managers are there but its horrible at night.
Just left…got there at noon, and it’s 2:15 pm. Gave some excuse that they were slammed, then another excuse. Food came out cold fries, Philly sandwich was soggy bun and cold meat. Tables empty sitting empty piled with trash the entire time. Bartender was our server, he wasn’t even behind the bar, would just disappear. Glad we were just passing through!
Ordered mild traditional wings got my order to find the wings with no sauce and just grease in the bottom of my to go box. The wings were hard and looked like they have been under a heat lamp for hours.
