Ice Cream Shops near Rockville

“I’ve never had a bad experience here anyways, food & sweets are always right! Yesterday evening after dinner, my husband wanted ice cream. I was full, but thought I might want it later. At the drive thru, I asked the girl if I could order a deconstructed Heath Cupfection. I would’ve understood & been fine had they said no. She hesitated a moment and I explained I wanted the cold parts in one cup & the fudge and other hot parts in a separate cup. She said she didn’t know why not & did exactly that. She could’ve said no & that would’ve been that, but she said yes. She went a little out of her way to make what I wanted & that shows her awesome customer service skills. I wish I knew her name, but she’s the one with the cute voice. Definitely recommend here & we will for sure go back too!“
