“We run the roads between Charleston, SC and Wolf River, WI so we're always looking for fun places to stay. We nailed this one! No doubt this was a real jail. Patty greeted us with a tour through all the cells. Each one has its own theme. We stayed in the Harley Davidson cell. Such a unique experience with clanking cell doors and a bunch of "inmate" wall art, not to mention the ton of HD memorabilia in our room. Beds are comfy foam with cozy warm blankets. There's even prison garb for you to wear to get in the mood for your photo op. The pantry has snacks for sale, and there's a common area with TV. Everything you need! Don't miss this great stop!Nearby activities: Covered bridge trails!Walkability: Downtown so you can easily walk to shops and restaurants.“

“We were staying at the Old Jail Inn and popped into the Drunk Tank to check it out. So glad we did. Absolutely hilarious quips thrown at the customers by sommelier Trina. We were having so much fun, antique shopping was put on the back burner, and we stayed to enjoy the wine, the company, and the feel good humor there.“
