“I’m doing this review because Carl who usually runs the front register, does a fantastic job at making sure customer are greeted and are updated on their food. He's sure to make customers happy and have everything they need. In my opinion he deserves the appreciation and the acknowledgment of his great work. Even after wrongfully being fired and was still pristine going back and working there after everything happened.“

“My daughter picked up an order for us the other night. They forgot her gluten free sandwich. Which I understand because it was late and normally they are ON IT. But I did call to let them know, and since we don’t live close enough to go back, they took my info and the manager called me. She was so nice and are sending a coupon to replace it. It’s just nice to know that they really do care, unlike other establishments!“

“Applebee's in Shelbyville is better than ever. Sat at the best booth in the bar section, with exceptional service by Erica. Blackened salmon was the moistest I've ever tasted with two nutritional side options: cheesy broc & harlicky green beans. Hubby wanted a half salad, which wasn't on the menu but Erica went above and beyond. She served him half the salad with dressing and conscientiously packaged the other half with chicken separate and dressing on the side to keep veggies fresh to go. The vibe in the restaurant is very upbeat, as well, just how we like it.“

“I get breakfast here every morning, I don’t get better service anywhere else. I like the triple whopper and can add an extra patty. Talkie the triple home take the bun off and it’s now Keto friendly. If I only had the option to add bacon through the app.“

Kid-friendliness: I ordered my kids a side of sausage and a side of eggs and typically they make the eggs round for the sandwiches, but this wendys went the extra mile and made my kids scrambled eggs and I did NOT request that. So thank you for doing that“

“Zaylen(sp?) is awesome. He’s here almost every time we are and is courteous and helpful. He’s always attentive to customers at the counter which is hard to find nowadays. It makes the trip pleasant. Also, did Valentines here this year as a last minute thing and we had a great time and the whole staff was awesome.“
