One of the better fast food places in Salem because some of them are purely atrocious. The only places I've seen worse attitudes and less performance is in inner city areas I've been to. This said I must say I am pleased in general with my transactions with this local Arby's. Arrived late unable to go in but the gentleman at the drive-thru I didn't catch his name but he's got shoulder-length hair tall and very broad shoulders was extremely nice I believe his name was Aryan and he made sure to make sure that our order was correct and we had no issues whatsoever
