The KFC in Salem, IN is by far the worst KFC I have ever visited. For this particular visit I ordered a Chizza combo in the app. They told me they didn't have the ingredients to make it. They should have done a better job stocking ingredients, but things happen. However, this wasn't the only issue. I also ordered a 5 piece nugget. They weren't even nuggets. Mom stopped yesterday and got a large coleslaw and gravy... The coleslaw was actually above what the specified weight should be (508 grams in what we got and by KFC nutritional should be 401 grams), yet the LARGE gravy was well under half of what it should have been (483 grams by KFC nutritional info) and weighed a measly 136 grams in the package it was in.

Get the orders right!!!
I stopped in the Salem location around 5:20 tonight and ordered the 3 piece fill up box meal with white meat. I paid $10.15 for it.
I had to wait since their credit card reader needed resetting, which was strange, especially when she took my card and walked away. I will be watching my bank statement just in case.
Imagine my surprise when I got home and found 2 pieces NOT 3 pieces of chicken. Also one piece was a wing...so much for my order.
