For cleanliness it gets a 1/5. Service was okay but not very friendly. Food took forever and several people’s orders got forgotten. I could compare the pizza to chef boyardee quality with good cheese. I really wanted to like this place but it really let us down.

Saturday October 11, 2025. Time was 2:31PM. One other family was in the restaurant. Ordered a large pizza, double bacon smash cheeseburger, cheese curds. Carry out. Food took 45 minutes. Thats okay, that doesn’t add to review. Cheese curds were really good. Pizza crust tasted like it was from a frozen pizza, and even though the toppings were plentiful and seemed great, the crust just destroyed the taste. The double bacon cheese burger was bad. Clearly from the photos there was no cheese at all. Its difficult to say there was even bacon. It was bacon bits, probably what comes from a bag in the grocery store, and there was maybe a pinch of them on there. The bun tasted like it was grilled on top of ten day old burnt food. I wouldnt recommend going to this place.

We went in and ordered our pizza got our drinks sat down. Peoe behind us were getting their food before we got ours. After an hour of not getting our food we got up got our money back plus the tip you have to put in if your paying with a card. So save your self the time and trouble and avoid this place and just go somewhere else.

Absolutely awful experience at this "restaurant" if you can even call it that because the food was inedible. We came from out of town for my son's birthday and had read some of the reviews on Google ahead of time, so we did kind of know what we were getting into but thought it couldn't be that bad. Oh, how wrong we were! The girl at the counter that took our order had an attitude, there was no ice in the drink machine and the water wouldn't work. We ordered two sandwiches, a pizza, cheese fries, and onion rings. Every single item except the pizza was cold. The cheese on the fries were not melted and the chicken and sauce on the chicken marinara tasted like it hadn't even been cooked through or was microwaved. I didn't get my onion rings initially and had to ask someone about them and then when the girl brought them out, they were also cold like they had been sitting out. I asked to speak to the manager because the only workers were teenagers and I did not want to take out my frustration on them, but he would not even come out to speak with me or my husband about the state of our "meal." This is an absolutely terrible way to run a business and I am not even sure, given what I have read about them, how they even manage to stay in business! if you are coming to visit Holiday World and need a place to eat, go literally anywhere else. Do not waste your time here.

Food was absolutely delicious!!!! Must stop place!! Me and my husband got two 7 inch pizza one chicken bacon ranch pizza and bbq chicken pizza. So so good the place was also super cute kinda retro bright red chairs and booths with Christmas stuff all around they have a little arcade areas and color pages for the kids but very worth it. Also huge plus the prices were amazing not to expensive just perfect

Stopped today after the yard sales like we have every year for the past 10 +yrs. This place used to be really good but past few times it’s been going down hill and today was bad. There were 3 of us, we had smash burgers and chicken parm. The smash burgers were not good and the chicken parm was EHH at best and none of us finished our food. The service was poor, not busy at all and there were multiple dirty tables. We asked for a beer to drink, told they didn’t have license, asked why it was on the board and then were told nobody was there over 21 to serve. Not even 5 minutes went by and a man maybe late thirties to early forties came out from the back. We will not be going back.

I do not recommend this place. I arrived at 8:30 PM to order food for my family after leaving Holiday World, but I was met by a rude employee who informed me that they were closed. However, the hours listed online and on the door indicate that they close at 10:00 PM.
The time was 10 pm but they close 8.30 pm on Saturday its was so bad service

I noticed that there are a lot of young kids working there nothing wrong with it. But to begin with, customer service was extremely poor, 2 young girls when I was asking for drinks just walked away , rolled her eyes and brought the cups, then because she didn’t let me finished talking I asked for sweet honey mustard fir my chicken strips then she brought like 20 packages of regular mustard so rude, like I was asking for free things. Food was cold ! Really bad experience !

There isn't much in Santa Claus, IN, but this was still some darn good pizza. The place was clean, service was quick and friendly, and the pizza was delicious for southern IN. The grandkids gobbled it up and we left full and with no leftovers. A nice stop for lunch or dinner.

The only thing good about this place is the ice cream…which we first, because it took way over an hour to get our food!!! When we got it, they came out & said that they were out of the mini corn dogs. The chicken strips were burned & so hard we couldn’t eat them. The burger & onion rings were pretty good. My crispy chicken wrap, was a total fail. It was full of hard burned chicken strips, in a torn soggy wrap. Big Fail!!!
