They forgot the fudge on a brownie fudge sundae. It was just a bowl of vanilla ice cream with brownie chunks.
That's not as good as it sounds.

Excellent but no prices are posted on the outside drive up menu. That’s unusual

This is a great little ice cream shop that’s been around for years — a real neighborhood gem. I would’ve given it five stars, but the cashier seemed to be having a serious “grumpy pants” kind of day.

That said, the ice cream was solid, and I’d definitely go back. Just a little tip for next time: smile a bit, Miss Grumpy Pants — it’s ice cream, not jury duty!

Dairy Belle is new to us and we love this place! Something about the ice cream, yummy!

So I love their ice cream. If I was rating the ice cream it would be five stars. But if you get ice cream do not get it strawberry flavored or flavored anything. The flavoring in the strawberry ice cream is horrendous. Worst artificial flavor ever. Stick to vanilla and chocolate coated 😆

To the Karens getting upset at this place let me put this in perspective for your understanding.( yeah I'm talking about you Jennifer and you Priscilla) This business is amazing the owners and the workers are amazing they work their rear-ends off every morning to make the delicious treats and wonderful food that mostly everyone enjoys. if you prefer the same old boring crap from corporate chains then go there except MDs their ice cream machine is out of service. Stop getting all butt hurt about this place that tries their hardest everyday to make the business successful. I stop here everyday and get food desert or just to pick up a sweet treat for the middle of the night it is the best place to get everything food wise.

👎When you ask for your clown ice cream to be put in a bag, and even say please. I guess the cashier was having a bad day. 😔 This is what I came home with. How disappointing 👎 Maybe she should have stayed home. I did not get what I paid for either 👎 If you have footage of the review below, then I am hopeful you have footage of her preparing this order.

What has happened to quality customer service anymore? Esp from a “family owned” business. My daughter ordered an ice cream sandwich…it was hard as a rock. NO JOKE…I mean I was banging it on the counter, showing the girl there is no way she could eat it unless she gnawed on it to death...I did NOT ask for a refund or credit..I asked to exchange it for a slushee that was 1/4 the cost of the sandwich. She said no and that they are made “freshly” once a week.. I told her she should stand behind her “freshly made” sandwich and only serve quality food. Is costumer satisfaction not a thing anymore? I wasn’t asking for the world… I was asking to simply exchange it for something edible.
We will never eat at a Dairy Belle again. Have better policies/VALUES, DO BETTER!

I see that the owner has revised his/her initial reply to my review w a slightly different tone so I felt the need to clarify something.
At the end of the day, Google reviews are intended for the public to give/share opinions on experiences they have had at any sort of business… my experience that day was poor. You may not like it, or agree with it, BUT it was my experience. I am entitled to my opinion. You said Dairy Belle has been in business 70 yrs? Well I am pretty certain I am not the only customer who has ever made a complaint or had a bad experience. You listen to them, and try and learn from it. Please… stop commenting back to me and move forward. And as far as “next time”, there will not be one.

You won’t find a lot of places that greet you with a smile and thank you for coming. This is one of those places with a good staff of people and a great dessert.
My two pups loved their pup cups and my daughter was thrilled when she received the monster cone. Hot fudge malt was out of this world.
