Dairy Belle Ice Cream Store - Schererville

After taking my kids to many ice cream places in area, hands down this one is the best. Great flavor, endless options and great value.

They have dipped cones, in 3 different sizes😍. It's cute, it's small, it's clean, and the menu is rather old school. I gave it 4 stars only bc the parking lot is TINY. Oh, and they have a drive through!

The ice cream is really good but the lady at the window is incredibly rude. I was trying to correct my order because she didn’t hear me correctly at the speaker. While trying to do that she got an attitude with me. My order still ended up being incorrect.

Nick and his team were amazing! We worked together at a wedding that Enchanted Events coordinated, and they were very communicative, efficient, and easy to work with! They were a hit at the couple’s wedding, and would love to work with them again!

From the drive through speaker, I heard the most energized and welcoming voice. When I got to the window, Beth had the smile to match. She was pleasant and the ideal person to welcome customers. I am thankful for her presence because customer service is not the greatest in so many places. Thank you Beth - God's amazing blessings to you.

They have real ice cream, we love the vanilla/chocolate twist in a waffle cone & sugar cone. The staff is always friendly & cheerful. Our dogs go bananas over the pup cups! Reasonably priced. Nice portions, always a treat for the whole family! :-)

First time I went their customer service was excellent along with their ice cream. Second time I went it was like they mixed deans ice cream with the candy it was disgusting. I called recently to inquire about their price on something and the girl who answered was SO RUDE. If you don’t like your job or customer service then why are you even working there? Won’t be back again. I’ll spend my money at Dairy Queen across the street.

First time. I love warm cinnamon apple crisp with ice-cream but most are disappointing. This was the best. They had all sorts of dipped apples, boxed novelties, delicious looking treats. Will come again.
