I placed a mobile order and did not Verify the location was the Correct one. I went to pick it up and realized when they said they didn’t have it. It was the wrong location that I Ordered from, but the manager was kindly enough to still make my order and give it to me. That was very sweet and kind and made my day. Thank you so much.
I love this Dunkin, service is great and the Dunkin is super clean. My only issue is that the food is inconsistent. Sometimes the donuts are great, and sometimes it feels super super old. Recently got a half dozen and most of them were super stale so it was disappointing. It’s been my experience a few times. That may just be a Dunkin’ Donuts issue where they don’t throw away old donuts I don’t known but my coffees are consistently great

Dunkin' has received mixed reviews from customers. One customer shared a positive experience with a kind manager who made their order even though they had placed it at the wrong location. Another loves this Dunkin, saying the service is great and the Dunkin is super clean, but notes the food is inconsistent—sometimes the donuts are great, and sometimes they feel super super old, with a recent half dozen being mostly super stale. Their coffees are consistently great. A different customer found the coffee watered down and too hot to drink, and their sandwich was totally different from what they ordered. They feel the place was nice when it first opened but has quickly gone downhill, with donuts always stale and orders not being listened to. One happy customer is glad to have this location in town, calling it the perfect spot, with an awesome team, orders always made perfectly, and friendly, welcoming employees who always say hello. A customer noted it's just open, with 10 people behind the counter and 2 working, possibly training. The one who took their order apologized for the wait and was very helpful, and the donuts are ok. Another found the service very fast—a little too fast—with a drink that immediately tasted watered down with no flavor and hash browns so soggy they fell apart.
