Giordano's Reviews
Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received! 👎🏻👎🏻Schererville IN - received dry burnt pizza with the wrong toppings and was told to text a picture to the manager, whom told me that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Imagine having three hungry kids waiting for their dinner and having to deal with a pizza manager being audacious enough to attempt to gaslight instead of doing his job
We went to Giordano’s this evening and the service was not good we arrived and had a 15-20 min wait. That was to be expected. The hostess was wonderful and asked if we wanted to preorder our pizza so it would be less time while at our table. We took advantage of this opportunity. We ordered a small deep dish cheese pizza. We were seated within a few minutes of ordering. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before I approached the hostess stand to ask who our waitress was because...read full review
This Giordano‘s Pizza has totally gone in the toilet. My service sucked so bad I will never return to this place for pizza again and there was barely anybody in here. I’m surprised they’re still open

Giordano's is a popular spot for a tasty meal. Orders are taken quickly, and food is prepared efficiently. The deep dish pizza is a highlight, with a satisfying crust and tangy sauce. The crust is slightly crunchy with just the right dryness on the bottom. The cheese is gooey and delicious, making each slice enjoyable. The restaurant is clean and maintains a spotless environment. It offers hot, flavorful food and attentive, friendly service. Servers often check on guests and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. In addition to the deep dish pizza, there are other options such as sandwiches, pasta, salads, and a variety of drinks. There is plenty of seating, but during peak dinner times, a wait for a table might occur. Free parking and restrooms are available, along with a bar and HDTVs for entertainment. The staff is helpful with recommendations, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Giordano's remains a great choice for a satisfying, delicious meal. Customers often praise the deep dish pizza, noting the lots of sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms inside, and enjoy watching the cooks throw the pizza dough. Many also buy their frozen pizzas for later, which are considered great. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is friendly, with staff like Jonathan providing excellent, cheerful service even on busy nights. However, some experiences may vary, as one customer received a burned pizza and was met with rude service when trying to address the issue, leading to a decision not to order again. Overall, Giordano's continues to be a popular place for flavorful deep dish pizza and a welcoming environment.
