Went today and the most ignorant man was working the drive thru. I won’t be bothered with this location again. I don’t know what is but is always an issue(messing up orders or long waits) with popeyes but I’ve yet to be disrespected until coming to this location. The service was very poor in the drive thru on 1/16. I was in the drive thru a total of 16 mins even once it was my turn to place and order, I sat at speaker 5 mins before order was taken. No one even said we will be right with your or sorry for the wait. I ordered the box which is $8.00 plus tax, but when I got to the window I was told my total was $14.98. We went there for carry out this evening. We ordered a 16 piece family meal and got home and only had 12 pieces. I tried calling but was on a constant busy signal. We should’ve opened the package at the counter before we left, but should we really have to do that? I checked the sides before leaving. The cole slaw was only half filled.
