Unfortunately we got food poisoning… what we thought was a delicious meal turned into instant regret shortly after. My group has been sick for about 3 days . And it’s coming out both ends. 🥲🥹🥹🥹 (think of Bridesmaid)

this is our favorite spot. the food is delicious with lots of options. it can be pricy but when you see your portions it is so worth it. you leave full with leftovers for later. we always enjoy watching them cook in front of us and they make it entertaining. though at the end it feels kind of rushed because we are still eating, and they are already asking what ice cream we want tho they never actually rush us to leave. we love going as much as we can and always recommend it to others

Since the other location was temporarily closed, we decided to give this one a try, hoping it would offer at least half the experience. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations.
To start, when we sat down, oil was dripping from the exhaust fan onto our table three of our plates had visible oil splatter on them. That alone was off-putting.
The entertainment was also disappointing I’d rate it a 3/10. My dad was visiting for the week, and we were hoping to give him a fun, memorable dining experience. Maybe I’m just used to the energy and engagement of the other location, but our chef didn’t bring the same enthusiasm. On top of that, food was being flung everywhere—not just a bit for show, but enough that it ended up between the grill and the table, on our cups, and overflowing from our rice bowls.
While the quantity of food wasn’t an issue, the lack of cleanliness and poor presentation definitely were.
The bathroom situation didn’t help either. The floor was sticky, there was a thick layer of dust on top of the toilet paper dispenser, and several tiles were broken.
On a positive note, our waiter was kind, attentive, and provided great service throughout the meal.
After the show, the chef made a half-hearted attempt to clean the grill, leaving crusted pieces of chicken on the edge right in front of my dad.
I had high hopes for this location, but sadly, it didn’t even come close to matching the standard set by the other one.

You just can't beat House of Kobe for lunch. The value is great, food is fantastic and you get a hibachi cooking show too. 5 stars!

I get that you have to clean the grill but not being careful where the grease from the grill goes is unacceptable. Brand new shirt ruined by splatters of grease. The food was good but man that shirt was 60 bucks. DO NOT SIT NEAR THE HOLE AT THE GRILL

Very Bad service they were very racist.
I ordered scallop, shrimp and lobster Paid 68.00.. for hibachi received 7 shrimp 7 scallops and very small lobster tail. They counted every item they added to my plate

I am a long-time fan of House of Kobe! We come often for celebrations, or just because we haven't in a while. The food is always great, and the value is better than the chains offering the same type of meal. The only thing that would make it better is having actual Japanese chefs!

WORST HIBACHI IVE HAD MY WHOLE LIFE!
Got ribeye and they gave me the worst quality meat, fat in every bite and completely bland. You’re better off buying the ingredients and making it yourself at home. Went with my boyfriend and they charged us $105 for hot garbage because we did not eat the meat or the rice. Will definitely not return. Also be warned they charge 18% gratuity included in price, they don’t tell you about that.
