I ordered from Noodles around mid-July and ended up sending feedback as my order had burnt, inedible shrimp and meatballs. Lindsey, one the shift managers, made an initial reach out and then I never heard back. I even followed up. Thanks for wasting my time and not refunding me.

I didn’t know this place closed at nine and I placed a mobile order(mind you nobody called me to tell me the place was closing soon, and if they where to lock the doors I would not have placed an order, this was common courtesy where I used to work). I got there at 9:05 despite the confusion(as somebody who has worked in a restaurant this is very reasonable for a mishap like this) and when I got there the doors were locked. I stood outside for a little bit hoping to get their attention, but nobody came. I use to frequent this place but after WASTING my money here, I will never buy from this place again.

The food is good and about average in price with all the other restaurants nowadays. They have a lot of good selections on their menu. And the servers are nice and friendly.

I’ve been here 3 times and so far it’s great! Super clean and the workers are nice. Mercedes took care of me and she is so sweet. Although they did forget to add chicken on my bowl but I understand it happens. The service was great & I honestly didn’t even notice until I got home. Chocolate chip cookie was so good!

Yummy spaghetti and meatballs, highly recommended 10/10, Mac and cheese crispy bacon hadd a little funk to it 6/10. However they were nice enough to switch it out with another pasta.

Picking up a doordash order was totally ignored by a young lady with a long ponytail, and a Hispanic thin biild young man who was very rude and cocky. They both n ever asked if I needed help after taking care of the other customers. Two white young ladies walked in well after me and ge asked how could he help them, I proceeded to say I have been standing here and you totally ignored me. He was rude and replied with a smart remark. I usually patronize this location for my personal visits but I will mo longer give my business to this location.
