I placed an order for Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi with no protein and a gluten-free rice noodle substitute due to dietary restrictions. The order was made incorrectly and did not reflect these modifications.
I called the store immediately, and the manager at the time acknowledged the mistake and told me the order would be replaced.
When I returned the manager on duty said there was no record of the issue, no replacement noted, and refused to honor what was previously promised with the receipt PRESENT.
This is extremely frustrating, especially when it involves dietary needs. If your team cannot accurately fulfill modified orders or properly document and follow through on resolutions, that’s a serious problem.
I expect better communication and accountability between staff. This experience was disappointing and inconvenient.

I don’t understand how people still eat here. This place is disgusting 🤮
🤮🤢 I had a truly disgusting and alarming experience at Noodles & Company. There was a green stink bug mixed into our food, and my husband actually had it in his mouth before realizing what it was. This was not just unpleasant, it was shocking, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable.
Finding a bug in your food is bad enough, but having it hidden and mixed in to the point where someone bites into it is beyond disturbing. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness, food safety, and quality control.
When I called to report it, the staff showed no remorse or urgency. There was no sincere apology, no concern for our well being, and no effort to make the situation right. The lack of care was almost as upsetting as the incident itself.
We are extremely disappointed and disgusted. This experience made us feel unsafe eating food from here, and we will not be returning.

Shout out to Pedro, I was feeling terrible he was just very compassionate a kind soul. Often times people want to be seen doing good but it's special when it is who you are not about what you do. For that I say thank you. May the Lord God pour out an overflow of blessing in his life.

This location has smaller portion sizes compared to the Munster and Merrillville locations. Twice I have ordered Pad Thai and the noodles are burnt brown in half the dish. It throws the entire taste off.

First time back at Noodles & Co since the menu changed. I asked for steak in a meal that didn't normally get it. This is an additional charge of 4.25 or so. I received no steak. I did not reach out and don't care to since I wont be returning to this location.

The Chili Garlic Ramen was FIRE and Amanda, ur host, is that girl!! Very kind and welcoming.
We spend way too much money here for the headache. Orders are NEVER right. Spent $60 on dinner last night. The shrimp scampi pasta had 1 shrimp in it, spent an extra $1.50 for extra artichokes and there was a few pieces of artichoke leaf in it. This is a constant issue and I keep trying to give them another chance. I’ll go to Munster from now on.

This was my very first time visiting this restaurant. I thought about going several times before but I always seem to change my mind at the last minute because I didn’t want to be disappointed. Today, I decided to stop in and the only disappointment was that I did not do it sooner. I decided to try the crispy bacon alfredo, parmesan chicken bowl. This dish was so delicious, it was fresh packed full of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised. My intention was to take a few bites and finish the rest at home, before I knew it, half the bowl was gone. The cashier, Fernando was very helpful, very courteous and patient. Nowadays, it is hard to find great customer service but again, I was pleasantly surprised. I had quite a few questions about the menu, and not once did the cashier show any signs of frustration. For me, great customer service skills go a long way. I also decided to try another dish which he stated was popular with other guest. I will definitely visit this restaurant again. Great job Fernando and kudos to the person who prepared my meals!
