Staff was super busy, like asked to wait 5 minutes in drive-thru kinda busy, but they were still incredibly friendly and moved as quickly as humanly possible. Now for the food...we ordered the wildberry shakes after my bf was terribly disappointed they removed the strawberry shortcake shake. and I probably misread the label because while the wild berry alone was phenomenal, they put chocolate bits in it, too, which was unfortunate for someone like me that falls from chocolate...

had a great experience at Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy. The staff was friendly, the store was clean, and the ice cream was fresh and delicious. The service was quick, and everyone made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend Oberweis to anyone looking for great ice cream and excellent customer service.

Have been a customer for many years. Appreciate the fact that I can customize my delivery, either weekly or bi-weekly. Also I appreciate the ability to add specialty items and the quick response from their associates when I have a question.
