The good news is that I've never had bad service at any Portillos that I've ever visited. It's also good that I've never experienced a bad meal... Until last night!

What’s the point of asking for your sandwich double dipped if you’re getting it dry? What’s the point of paying 89 cents for mozzarella cheese and getting barely any cheese? The food is good, don’t get me wrong, but following the directions on my order would’ve gotten them 5 stars.
