“We found this little gem by accident. We came to grab lunch after playing Tipton disc golf course and went to grab a late lunch at Crimson Oak...only to find they were permanently closed. We looked on Google to find an alternative. Since it was around the block, we just walked on down to Miller's. Although wait staff was extremely busy, she took the time to make us feel like we were her only customers. The beer was cold and the IU game was on, so there was a cool vibe. The food was outstanding and the portion sizes had 3 grown men taking home leftovers! Great experience. Can't wait to come play disc golf down here again so we can return for another lunch at Miller's Tavern!”

“I'm a truck driver passing through and decided to park in their truck lot to have some breakfast. The parking lot was definitely ice and snow covered from the winter storm the previous day. I guess I can't really blame them for that. I'm not sure if a plow truck could have done much with it.

Anyway, I elected to get the ribeye steak and eggs. Despite being a thin 8 oz cut, the steak was cooked to a medium rare, per my specifications. My over medium eggs we're also cooked perfectly. The sausage gravy was not homemade. Pretty average compared to most other sausage gravy mixes. Bob Evans still has the best sausage gravy. Needless to say, I will be back to try other things on the menu.

“A giant SHOUT OUT to the McAlister's (Seymour) location. Not only are sandwiches astounding, and their prices fair, but they are the Chick-fil-A of deli customer service. There was a rare problem with our order (mine), and the woman manager on duty bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. It was GOOD, old-fashioned customer service. That means a LOT to us, because when we had one of our New Hampshire businesses, we had 60,000 customers--and five complaints (all resolved to the satisfaction of the complainants). Good customer service is NOT rocket science, but if it would be, the young lady at the Seymour location (and the rest of her friendly staff) would be "Mission Control." Well-done, Seymour McAlister's.”

“I came in last night and had a wonderful experience! Employees were friendly as ever!!!! My cashier even took the time out of the courtesy of her heart to help me bring my food out to my car. She saw I had my infant on my hip. And my order contained a kids meal, mine and my husband's dinner, and 3 drinks. I didn't catch her name, but I want to say thank you to the friendly cashier for helping a mom who needed it. It's a small thing, but it's a big thing too.
