We went to the KFC in Sellersburg and had a terrible experience tonight. Ordered 2 pc dark meat chicken meal and husband ordered the $9 meal. His nuggets were cold but he ate them anyway. I was given a breast and wing (that looked old and was cold). I went back to the counter and told the young man that is should have been dark meat. He said they didn’t have any it would be a few minutes. After sitting there a few minutes I heard them tell another customer they had some dark meat. I waited a few more minutes (15) and went to check on my chicken and they said it would be a little longer. I finally ask for my money back. They said they would talk to the manager. After a few minutes a young man brought me my money. Manager didn’t even come to the front. 2nd time in a row the food has been terrible or we didn’t get what we ordered. This restaurant used to be the best one in the area but it has really gone down.

My other half works at one of the AJS stores as a GM. I've been to several of the stores as we've traveled for different things. They have amazing staff who are polite and very hard working. Stores are clean and have great food. Love the chicken littles myself.
