Food is always great. Never have had an issue with that. Now whoever the lady is that works the counter is makes ordering really awkward. She just stares at you and doesn't speak. No hello, how can i help you. Nothing. Now the guy that says the orders are ready is really nice. Bathrooms have no soap and the main floor is a little dirty. Also the lady that doesn't speak made my ice cream wrong. I dont believe concrete mixers are supposed to be a liquid
The sweetest kid named Rylan works at the Seymour Freddies. He rang up a burger instead of a meal. I asked him to go ahead and ring up a drink and fries. He did but then got out his wallet and used his card to pay for it. I was shocked and told him he didnt have to do that. I wasn't upset about any of it didnt think it was a big deal we all make mistakes from time to time. I just couldn't get over how nice he was, must have been raised right. His parents should be...
Ridiculously fast, clearly fresh, and delicious. The coffee-carmel crunch concrete was great, the staff was friendly/attentive, and the bathrooms were clean. The new smoky fry sauce is a winner :)
