I had such a terrible experience for Christmas with Papa Johns in Seymour Indiana. I purchased three gift cards for my grandchildren and was charged for six only to find out when they opened their Christmas card with the gift card in it that the cards were not even activated and had no balance on them And the manager did not call me back like promised the next day to get it taken care of . Horrible phone service.And will not accept a local band booster card I bought to support our local community even though it says our local papa John's on it. Very dissatisfied in papa JOHN'S call center.
what has happen to the quality of your pizza? dough is not rite. not baked rite. cheese sticks tonight looked like a piece of bread with a couple pieces of cheese on it. last time we ordered u had to replace the entire order also. managers step up or close the doors there's no excuse. yal have to see this stuff when u cut it.
