I'm not usually the one to complain but I ordered a bowl and two subs online. Had to wait forever for the lady to come to the front. Both the subs were so shy on the veggies and not enough sauce for anything. My bowl was supposed to have double meat (wasn't on there), and tomatoes and cucumbers were not on there. Ordered food to go for 3. Bread on one sandwich was hard. Other 2 sandwiches were just ok. Cashier told me my order was $24.27 and unbeknown to me I left a $4.85 tip. She did not mention that a tip was added or that I could choose not to add a tip. Not good customer service if you ask me! I won’t be visiting this location again!
Whoever made my sub today made it juuuust right, plenty of onion and vinegar. Yum. Staff was friendly and welcoming also. Nice experience.

Subway offers a quick meal option, but the smell of burning cookies can be off-putting. Exceptional service was received from a young staff member, creating a great atmosphere to enjoy. Another customer appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff member named Amy when making a large order. Recognition was recommended for the great service provided.
