IM PISSED. $40 on dinner for my family tonight. ordered through the app and sent my husband to pick up. the fries were hard, cold, and OLD. half of them were dark and wrinkled. OLD OLD OLD. my large onion rings that i was up charged for were not in my order, the 3 hamburgers we order were all SEVERLY UNDER COOKED. i cannot contact customer service because they use a stupid AI bot. i am not sending my husband back out in the cold and fog to resolve the issue. THIS IS WHY I STOPPED PATRONIZING THIS LOCATION OVER THREE MONTHS AGO. overpriced and you never get it fresh let alone having it "YOUR WAY" (like cooked to temp).

Visited the Shelbyville Indiana store ...still a good place to grab good food ...a bit pricey these days ...but their quality is still there ...quick service and friendly service keep it up folks c u soon!

i asked them to cook my impossible whopper well done if it wasn't too much trouble, and they did. the fries were piping hot right out of the fryer. the dining area is always clean and 9.9 times out of 10 my food is just right, which is awesome because i only have this as a treat about once a month. a welcomed experience in shelbyville where many of the fast food places are awful.
