This is the worst Jimmy John’s location (Shelbyville). They are NOT freaky fast. And awful customer service service that treats customers like they’re a bother.
I would put slow service but I’ve not ever gotten service, I’d put poor food but I’ve never been able to get food. I’ve been through the drive thru 3 times over the last three months after getting off work at 8:30pm just to be told they are closed. They show to be open till 9pm, it’s not like they’re cooking anything right? Put your pre-packaged meat into your hard bread and send it out the window. How difficult is that?
