Jimmy John's is literally 5 minutes from my house but apparently it takes 35 minutes to get uncooked food delivered. Thats some real freaky fast delivery.

I went here on my lunch break and seen there was no line in the drive-thru, so I went ahead and pulled up to the mic to order. The lady then told me that unfortunately I had to wait 10 minutes because they are working on a catering order. I was blown away! I just wanted to order one sandwich, I ended up just leaving after that and returned to work. Also reached out to customer service and was told they would contact the store. No apologies or nothing from customer service. I will never eat here ever again. They will only make your sandwich if they feel like it! Unacceptable and very unprofessional.

I got there 10 minutes before closing and all lights were on including the door open signs. After I was at the speaker they shut the door & window lights out. Never said anything about them closing early or didn't come on to say we are already closed. Sad because we like Jimmy John's. I let it go after last time when I asked for them to change gloves before making unwhich and the lettuce had the new wraps parts in the wrapper. Now we can't eat it.

I can't get enough of this place. I order from here atleast 3 times a week. Service is fast, affordable, convenient and most importantly, the sandwiches taste amazing. I appreciate all who work at the Shelbyville IN location. It's not easy working in the fast food industry like most of society believes. These employee's work hard for little pay. Some work even harder when others decide not to show for their shift. This place is so busy, they run out of food often. Goes to show how many sandwiches these employees make fresh. I know that can't be easy. It's exhausting and these young adults, kids work their butts off for us customers with little to show for it. These employees deserve alot more compensation/ better pay rate than what they recieve. If I had the ability I would give it to them and wish I could. So I just wanted to say thank you to every single one of you for all you do. It never goes unnoticed.

Wanted to try the sandwiches for the first time, went in and wanted custom sandwich and was told we have to choose one of the menu and take anything off we didn’t want and add what we want… we eat very simple sandwiches, so it would’ve taken 20min to see which one is ok for us… The workers are completely made into machines and can’t figure out how to help you out with a simple order that is not on the menu, very disappointing we had to leave and find a different place for lunch on our super long road trip…
