I can't get enough of this place. I order from here atleast 3 times a week. Service is fast, affordable, convenient and most importantly, the sandwiches taste amazing. I appreciate all who work at the Shelbyville IN location. It's not easy working in the fast food industry like most of society believes. These employee's work hard for little pay. Happy to find a JJ's location just a short distance off the interstate. Jimmy John's is my go -to sandwich shop when I am driving between work locations in a hurry. Easy to order on the app, and although I went inside to pick up my food there is a drive thru here. Friendly service and as usual freaky fast. My #6 veggie was excellent, the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, and so was the bread.

I got there 10 minutes before closing and all lights were on including the door open signs. After I was at the speaker they shut the door & window lights out. Never said anything about them closing early or didn't come on to say we are already closed. Sad because we like Jimmy John's. I let it go after last time when I asked for them to change gloves before making unwhich and the lettuce had the new wraps parts in the wrapper. Now we can't eat it.
