Order carry out on regular basis& always get good pizza& service. This time got cold, dry as a bone cardboard. Very disappointing. Payed extra for extra sauce but hardly none. Toppings very skimpy. Pizza was cold& I don't know why I ordered online & picked up immediately. Not usual experience. Service when I picked up was great but pizza horrible. I'm being generous giving 3 stars.
When I walked in I seen one person on the phone and one person in the back. I was not acknowledged. I ordered "my hut box". I chose the wings for my side honey BBQ they were overcooked they had zero sauce on them it looked like somebody took a basting brush and brushed them one time on each side. I guess I just expected better from an establishment that's really not that busy all the time. The person in the back that was boxing the orders just stood there and looked...
It was take out. Dependably good pizza as they've been doing it for decades. Once the "king" of the pizza industry, their product still ranks at/near the top. I hope the public will make PH trendy again. Their ad slogan is pretty accurate.... "No one out-pizzas the Hut"!
