The time that the app says for pickup has never been accurate. I always wait at least 10 more minutes. & No one ever greets anyone that walks in the door. But have had some really nice ladies help me at the drive-thru!

Not sure why people like Kenyon Byard are attempting to spread negative lies about this location.I travel to many Starbucks locations in the USA and especially in Indiana where I live.This one is and has always been top-notch at all hours. I have personally experienced their leadership and staff on all shifts handle things that in all honesty if it was not a Starbucks would have gone differently.Starbucks as a corporation is known for its softness which has created an environment that customers have and will continue to exploit.It is sad to see individuals who thrive on spreading their propaganda of being a victim when the reality is the exact opposite.This is the sad world we live in today, where fiction is received without any validity facts are ignored and common sense is extinguished.

From out of town literally walked in with them bad mouthing their customers. Then went to order and was rude. Then could over hear them talking about me in the situation on their headsets.I wouldn't even let my family sit in that environment let alone me sit alone to enjoy my coffee had to leave.EDIT: It was these poor girls shift managera manager A MANAGAER! Commenting on my family. No wonder why the atmosphere is the way it is when it's being lead that way.

Store was clean and well kept. Got kicked out of the dining room at 4pm after just having arrived. Not sure why the store closed so early but the staff was apologetic for the situation and kind about the whole thing.

Sat there waiting for our order for over 20 minutes. They didn’t apologize for the delay. They were all worried about personal Christmas activities, instead of performing the jobs they were supposed to. Finally got out hot coffee without sleeves. Absolutely ridiculous.

Slowest service in a long time two littleTeenage Boys in the drive through were very incompetent in not knowing how to direct me to get a refund they just told me to google it. Management needs to train their managers it’s unacceptable for a worker to say “well I don’t know how to do that because I haven’t had to ask before but I know customers do it all the time”
