Customers love the smell of fresh coffee and enjoy trying different things. One reviewer started getting a macchiato there after McDonald's stopped making them, though it was not as rich and creamy as expected. Another ordered a venti pumpkin spice frappuchino with 3 Xtra pumps of pumpkin, but received a venti half full with cool whip instead of the correct drink. The woman was rude, and the customer asked for a grande cup instead.
