I love this location here in shelbyville.Indiana, the only thing is they don't take coupons.The one in sullivan does, but everything's always so fresh.Clean and the employee's are always nice and friendly

This place is run completely different from other subways, and do not have any signs elaborating on it at all. I see why the only sign they have up is a sign about people being nice to the staff. The poor staff have to deal with a terribly run restaurant and have to deal with customers who were not informed at all about the many changes that are going on. On top the quality of food is very low compared to other subways near by. The changes they have implemented have been to the drive through, the prices, the to go process, they don’t accept coupons, and how they take payment. No where do they have any signs to help customers adjust to these changes without being blindsided. There are far better subways to go to.

Me and my daughter decided to get subway on 44 tonight for dinner. I’m taking my time to write this in regards to the employee “HUNTER” he was VERY polite , while training an employee , and making online orders it seemed. He let my daughter being 7 order her own meal and was very nice to her. Also I needed a few mins to decide on what I wanted hunter could tell I was ready to order before I had to chance to open my lips. HES THE MAN. It’s a relief it’s still faster and a MUCH better experience getting out of the truck and coming inside rather than ANY drive thru in town. Guys are killing it in the state road 44 store !!

Has to be honestly the nicest place I visited in a long time... The workers are sweet and polite... They also appreciated my requests for how my sandwich was made... I don't currently own a vehicle and had to wait for an Uber to arrive... They never once force a time limit nor asked me to wait outside in the snow... I'm extremely pleased with the service and quality... Definitely my go to from now on...
If I could give this place negative stars I would. The franchise owner, in her infinite wisdom, has decided to not accept coupons from corporate subway. The employee told me it was because of the rising cost of meat, but have you seen their prices recently? They raised them AND stopped accepting coupons. Corporate office is a joke they send your "complaint" to the franchisee, who pretty much tells you that she is not accepting them because they are corporate coupons. Sounds like a poorly ran franchise to me, and I will not be giving them a dime.

I'm unable to rate the food, as I was refused service. This location advertises being a participating location in coupons online, however, they will not honor in-store coupons. Nowhere on the website, nor anywhere in store, is this mentioned at all. This is false advertising. No, I will not change this review. And yes, I /will/ be filing that complaint with the BBB as I said I would. Honor your advertising. To do otherwise is illegal.
