just got off a long day of work and drove 15 minutes here just for them to tell me at the speaker they were in the middle of closing. this is super upsetting because it was before the posted time they were supposed to close at!

In my mind White Castle is awesome. I have memories from childhood of White Castle where it was great.. But then reality comes. Gray flavorless meat on a soggy bun with a couple of sorry pickles and an onion chucked on. Add poor service to that and we're really not doing well. I don't see any reason to ever order from White Castle again.... Although my 7-year-old in herself will probably get tempted to revisit it at some point. Hoping that is better than it is

Food was as expected, that’s why you go there. It took 30 minutes in the drive thru and there was only 4 cars in front of us. They had the doors locked with “lobby hours” posted but we were within the open lobby times. Only way to get in was other customers opening the door from the inside. Makes the customer not feel welcomed.

Very slow service even though I believe there were 4 working in the kitchen area. Floor was soooo sticky, I had it on my shoes when I left.
