Found them open at a Friday night festival in Shipshewana. They provided very good service, had reasonable prices, and yummy food!If you're in Shipshewana (or wherever they are), you should try it!
If you are looking for the best bbq in northern indiana or southern Michigan this is your place. They also do ribs as well as a variety of other meats. They also grill up a variety of sides. They are available for everything from catering to fundraising. Now you can get it here every weekend

It's flea market food, I liked it. Fairly speedy service, just wasn't impressed with the prices vs quality. They definitely try there, I'll say that. It's much better than some. Still it's not a good value in my book. But if you're along 5 and need a quick bite to eat you could do worse.
