I just read that this location is closing but I did want to give a shout out to Pamela for the free shake and cookie a week or two ago because that day was horrible from before I even got out of bed and despite having to wait longer than I should have for my food, the free stuff made it worthwhile. Hope you get better co-workers at your next job Pamela!

I believe the manager waited on me, and from the time she took my order from the time she delivered it to me was a pleasure, usually the staff in that entire area of Lincolnway East at the fast food establishments, the people are angry, maybe that's why most stores I go into employee Older or Elderly now!

I'm not totally sure what happened here, but the service here recently (past month or so) has gone from absolutely horrible. To I'm quite impressed and not only has the service improved but I feel the product has also improved. Hated coming here for lunch, always asked to pull forward even if there was no one behind me. Then, whenever someone else came, they were asked to pull forward also. I would not get my food till everyone's was done before they brought it...
