I am so disgusted. The person handling the pizzas picked up something from the floor then touched inside of the box where the pizza is placed with the same hands. They are so unhygienic here.

Very disappointed but loyal customer. As I come in every weekend to see my daughter at Notre Dame. Blaze is our favorite. This place is very inconsistent. Dining room always dirty, Women’s restroom has been closed for a month, no lids for cups 3 different times I came. Let’s go pizza toppings..No feta, pineapple, lettuce,spinach, no lemonades made sometimes only one person on line. I’ve been coming here 4years. My daughter graduated this weekend. Friday night crew was amazing. Saturday & Sunday morning it was horrible. Whoever is running this store needs help. It’s at its worst. I wish this store the best because at one point it was.

I usually don’t write a review but after visiting this place I had too. I would not even give 1 star to this place. Very dirty and unhygienic. Attached pictures are the proof. We wait there for almost 45 mins because they prioritize the online orders. The young girl with a long hair wasn’t wearing the hair net and her hair was that long that would touching the surface where they are preparing pizza. Not a good place for vegetarian people… jalapeño and olives were next to the meat and you can see that meat was in veggies containers as well. I came here for a nice experience but unfortunately not at this place…. They even serve us pizza without liner directly in brown box… those recycled boxes 🫣🫨

We took an hour and a half to get to me when I live 10 minutes down the street tried to call. No customer service food was horrible. There’s a fire symbol on the box. It should be an ice cube instead.

Arrived at 6:29. Lots of people. Lots of online orders happening. Ordered 3 build your owns. Daughter was first, I was second and husband third. They had two stacks going. Husband went on a different stack than ours with bunch of online orders. Older lady was on oven duty. I can understand when papers get overloaded how it can get unorganized quickly. But the older lady working the oven was just pulling pizza out of stacks without completing a whole stack. My husband received his far before me and my daughter. I was 12 minutes after his and my daughter received hers 27 minutes after me. The older lady was rude to the younger staff and pointing out who the manager is without anyone asking. Everyone was trying to be polite and wait patiently but the “hangry” does kick in. No one behind the counter apologized except for one man working boxes away from the chaos. Husband does not want to come back again. Me and my daughter do not think we can give it up. The facility is equipped for online orders and walk in orders. Not enough staff and the oven is only big enough for so much pizza at one time. It’s said to see the service go down hill since Covid and these online orders to priority.

This place sucked. Took forever to get one little pizza and there was barely anything on it. Even placed my order, was late for pickup, and pizza wasn't even in the oven yet.

I don’t usually give low rates, but it was really disappointing. Ordered two, the first was spicy pepperoni, it wasn’t spicy, it was pure pepper and one or two slices of pepperoni on the whole pizza. The second one I created my own, it was supposed to have chicken, bacon, mushrooms and pineapple. There were 4 cubes of chicken, one mushroom and no pineapple. The order took over an hour.
Edit: I should have checked the reviews, it seems it was good at some point, but it is going downhill. My fault for not reading before ordering.

One star only because 0 wasn't an option. Second visit in a row - one prime time, one off time. Both visits, stood for 10 minutes while they made pizza after pizza from online orders, without looking up, without acknowledging there were live customers in front of them, with no indication of when our turn might be. The door opens outward, too. We left and found someone who wanted to serve us.
